This post was extracted from my early NetEase Blog archive. NetEase Blog is no longer operating, but these old words still feel interesting enough to move over mostly as they were. This is mainly for the record, and because of age the writing, images, and links may be rough.

This post was originally published on May 4, 2007. I was about 18 years old then and was still in high school.

On May 3, more than twenty of us visited Shangyao Forest Park.

The park leans against the mountain and faces the lake. In the magnificent, dangerous, and beautiful Shangyao Mountain, bamboo waves roll, the forest is lush, paths wind through the woods, vines stretch across them, mountain flowers bloom, and the grass is like a soft carpet. All of it makes people feel drunk on this dreamlike place.

After the whole trip, my first feeling was: tired~~ Of course there was laughter and friendship too… especially the team spirit of everyone holding hands together and climbing over one steep slope after another. It really was moving!! Hehe!
