Phoebe 这周从幼儿园带回了一只毛毛虫玩偶。

不是活的，但她把它当成真的在照顾。

“My name is Caterpillar. I used to live in London. One day I was having dinner and I saw a purse and decided to hide and start an adventure. The adventure took me to Finland, where I have met numerous amazing little boys and girls. They have taken turns to take care of me during weekends and have written with their parents in my diary all the wonderful things they have done with me. Now it is your turn to take care of me and write in my diary!

毛毛虫的笔记本

他们班的名字就叫 Caterpillar，明年就会变成 Butterfly。这个玩偶也就顺理成章成了班里的吉祥物。

规则很简单：

• 每个周末轮到一个小朋友把它带回家
• 待两天，周一再带回去
• 顺便把这两天写下来

Phoebe 等这一天等了挺久。周五放学时，她整个人都很兴奋，抱着毛毛虫时的样子，不像拿着一个玩具，更像是接了一个需要认真负责的小任务。

回家后，她第一件事不是玩，是给毛毛虫准备吃的。她还把妹妹 Molly 叫过来，一起喂它。整个过程很认真，也有点小心翼翼。你会看出来，她不是在“演”，她是真的觉得这个东西需要被照顾。

她还给毛毛虫“洗澡”，铺了小床，晚上睡觉的时候把它放在自己旁边。那一晚她睡得很安静。

周六很普通。早上玩游戏，下午吃冰淇淋和水果，晚上出去骑了一会儿车。没什么特别安排，但毛毛虫一直在旁边，像真的跟着她参与了这些事。

周日，她带它去见了公主，还一起去了超市。晚上回来，她给它读了中文版的《好饿的毛毛虫》。

一个毛毛虫，听另一个毛毛虫的故事，这件事本身就挺有意思。

到了晚上要睡觉的时候，她突然安静下来，说自己不想让 Caterpillar 回去。声音很小，但没过一会儿，眼睛就红了，最后直接哭了出来。

对我们来说，这只是一个周末的小活动；对她来说，已经是一次完整的相处。后来她妈妈跟她说，可以再买一只一样的毛毛虫放在家里，她才慢慢缓下来。那天晚上，她还是抱着毛毛虫睡着的。

一点点感受

这件事本身其实很小：一个玩偶，一本本子，轮流带回家。

但你会看到很具体的东西。她会认真喂它吃东西，会给它铺床，也会在要分开的时候难过。

有时候会觉得，小朋友就是在玩。但有时候你会发现，他们是真的在认真对待一段关系，哪怕那只是一只毛毛虫。

Caterpillar’s Sweet Weekend with Phoebe

This weekend I stayed with Phoebe.

On Friday after school, we went to Pasila together. Phoebe took me to a children’s playground and we played a lot. I liked it a lot.

At home, Phoebe made dinner for me. Her little sister Molly helped too. They fed me and took good care of me. It felt really nice.

In the evening, Phoebe gave me a bath and made a small bed for me. I slept next to her and had a good sleep.

On Saturday morning, we played games together. In the afternoon, Phoebe gave me ice cream and some fruit. I think I ate quite well that day 😊

In the evening, we went outside and rode bicycles. It was fun to be outside.

On Sunday, Phoebe took me to see a princess. I was a little surprised! We also went to the supermarket. In the evening, Phoebe read me a book — The Very Hungry Caterpillar in Chinese. I listened carefully.

I had a calm and happy weekend with Phoebe and her family. I felt very happy.
