This article was extracted from my early NetEase blog. NetEase Blog is no longer operating, but looking back, these words are still quite interesting, so I decided to move them over as intact as possible. This is mainly kept as a record; after all these years, the quality of the text, images, and links may all have been affected.

This article was originally published on May 26, 2009. I was about 20 years old at the time and was in college.

Today I unexpectedly attended a "Second Classroom" session in our department. The theme was teamwork. I originally thought it would be a dry lecture, but the result surprised me a lot. The whole class was mainly about playing games. After playing for an hour and a half, I was really happy, O(∩_∩)O~.

The first game was to have everyone write on a piece of paper the name they wanted others to call them during summer vacation, draw the three things they most wanted to do and the three things they hated most. Hehe, simply writing them was quite easy, but drawing them was a little difficult. After that, we were asked to take the things we had drawn and walk over to a classmate we did not know, then introduce ourselves to each other. At first, when everyone heard this "task," they were inevitably a little "shy." It took quite a while before someone started moving. What surprised me even more was that after two people introduced themselves to each other, they actually had us gather in groups of four and say everyone's names to one another, then eight people… I swear it is really hard to remember many people's names at the same time! Hehe, after that, many people got together and played several more games.

After one class, I found that I had met many people, and in such a short time! I suddenly understood that getting to know people, or interacting with people, can sometimes really be very easy!
